Context / Problem Solved

Educational institutions and organizations managed events through fragmented tools - registration forms in one system, ticketing in another, attendee management in spreadsheets. Organizers lacked centralized event oversight, attendees had inconsistent ticket purchase experiences, and sponsors/vendors couldn't be managed within existing workflows. The system needed to consolidate event creation, ticketing, attendee tracking, and reporting in one platform.

Outcome / Result

Built custom event management platform handling both physical and virtual events. Organizers create events, manage sponsors/attendees/reporting from centralized dashboard. Users register and purchase tickets through unified interface. Platform processes ticket sales, tracks attendance, generates real-time reports. System deployed for schools, colleges, and universities managing multiple event types.
